Bhola Welding Works operates a strict No Refund policy. All sales are final. We do not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances once an order is confirmed and payment is received.
1. No Refund Policy
All products sold by Bhola Welding Works are handmade to order and are non-refundable. Once an order is confirmed and payment is made, we do not issue cash refunds, UPI reversals, or bank transfer refunds for any reason including but not limited to:
Change of mind or personal preference
Minor variation in finish, texture, or dimensions (inherent to handmade products)
Delay in delivery caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances
Inability to receive the delivery at the provided address
2. Exchange Policy (Damaged or Wrong Product Only)
We offer a product exchange in the following limited circumstances only:
Damaged Product: The product was damaged during transit. You must report the damage within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video clearly showing the damage and the packaging.
Wrong Product: We delivered a product that does not match your confirmed order specifications (e.g., different size or product type than ordered).
Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +91 8770706900 with supporting photographs or video. Requests made after 24 hours will not be considered.
Upon verification, we will arrange for the return of the original product and dispatch a replacement. You may be responsible for return shipping charges in some cases.
3. Custom and Personalised Orders
Custom orders — including trishuls made to specific dimensions, with engravings, or with special design modifications — are entirely non-returnable and non-exchangeable. These products are made exclusively for the buyer and cannot be resold or repurposed.
4. Cancellations
For information on cancelling an order, please refer to our Cancellation Policy. Cancellations are subject to separate terms and advance payments may not be refunded if production has already commenced.
